The Frederick Douglass Broncos topped the visiting Bryan Station Defenders volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Thursday's league game.

Next up, the Broncos face the Wolfe County Wolves (Campton, KY) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, October 14. Frederick Douglass will attempt to advance on its 10-14 season record.

The Defenders (14-16) will now prepare for their game against Great Crossing (Georgetown, KY). The Warhawks go into the non-league game with a 20-11 record.
