In Thursday's non-league match, the Burrell Bucs (Lower Burrell, PA) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Ligonier Valley Rams (Ligonier, PA), by a count of 3-0.
The Bucs now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Deer Lakes for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 14. Burrell will clash with a Lancers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Neighborhood Academy (Pittsburgh, PA). The Lancers record now stands at 3-0.
With the loss, Ligonier Valley drops to 2-4 on the campaign. The Rams host Yough (Herminie, PA) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 14. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 1-0.
