Nebraska High School Volleyball - Riverside over Burwell

In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Riverside Chargers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Burwell Longhorns.

The Chargers (19-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Ainsworth (Ainsworth, NE). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 6-14 record. In their last challenge, Ainsworth lost by North Central (Bassett, NE), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Longhorns play the Chambers/Wheeler Central Renegades (Chambers, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 14. Burwell will attempt to upgrade on its 12-8 season record. The Renegades come into the game with a 5-19 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Wausa (Wausa, NE).
