Virginia High School Volleyball - Caroline over James Monroe

The Caroline Cavaliers (Milford, VA) volleyball knocked off the visiting James Monroe Yellow Jackets (Fredericksburg, VA), 3-0 in Thursday's league bout.

The Cavaliers now possess a 8-9 record. They play next when they travel to Spotsylvania for a Battlefield bout on Tuesday, October 14. Caroline will clash with a Knights team coming off a 3-0 league win over King George (King George, VA). The Knights record now stands at 2-14.

The Yellow Jackets (2-14) will now prepare for their match against Eastern View (Culpeper, VA). The Cyclones enter the Battlefield match with a 6-10 record. In their last match, Eastern View was outscored by Courtland (Spotsylvania, VA), 3-0, in a league match.
