The Covington Buccs volleyball squad (Covington, OH), dropped 3-0 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Miami East Vikings (Casstown, OH)

With the win, Miami East improves its record to 20-2 on the season. The Vikings host Greeneview (Jamestown, OH) to meet the Rams in a non-league contest on Saturday, October 18. The Rams enter the contest with a record of 5-17. Greeneview lost 3-0 in their recent league contest against Madison Plains (London, OH)

Next, the Buccs meet the Miami Valley Rams (Dayton, OH) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, October 14. Covington will attempt to move on its 17-5 season record. The Rams enter the contest with a 0-10 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Calvary Christian (Bellefontaine, OH).
