Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Franklin County Tech Eagles (Turners Falls, MA) and the host Mohawk Trail Regional Warriors (Buckland, MA), observed Franklin County Tech's volleyball team top Mohawk Trail Regional by a tally of 3-0.

The Eagles (11-4) will now prepare for their contest against Ludlow (Ludlow, MA). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 6-9 record. In their last contest, Ludlow beat West Springfield (West Springfield, MA), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Warriors meet the Mahar Regional Senators (Orange, MA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, October 13. Mohawk Trail Regional will attempt to improve on its 3-11 season record. The Senators go into the battle with a 9-6 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Granby (Granby, MA).
