In Thursday's league test, the host West Mecklenburg Hawks volleyball squad scored a 3-0 win over the Garinger Wildcats.
With the win, West Mecklenburg advances its record to 4-18 on the season. The Hawks travel to South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC) to face the Sabres in a non-league test on Monday, October 13. The Sabres go into the test with a record of 11-10. South Mecklenburg lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Myers Park (Charlotte, NC)
The Wildcats now sport a 3-18 record. They play next when they travel to Hopewell for a non-league challenge on Monday, October 13. Garinger will play a Titans team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Hough (Cornelius, NC). The Titans record now stands at 5-17.
