The Hanover Hawks (Hanover, MA) volleyball knocked off the host Scituate Sailors (Scituate, MA), 3-1 in Thursday's league bout.

The Hawks now possess a 12-2 record. They play next when they travel to Cohasset for a non-league bout on Friday, October 10. Hanover will clash with a Skippers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Mashpee (Mashpee, MA). The Skippers record now stands at 7-6.

With the loss, Scituate drops to 4-10 on the campaign. The Sailors travel to Quincy (Quincy, MA) to clash with the Presidents in a Patriot bout on Friday, October 10. The Presidents come into the bout with a record of 8-6. Quincy lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against North Quincy (North Quincy, MA)
