With the win, Miller Grove improves its record to 2-22 on the season. The Hornets host Avery (Avery, TX) to face the Bulldogs in a 1A Region III District 22 test on Tuesday, October 14. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 4-15. Avery lost 3-2 in their recent league test against Sulphur Bluff (Sulphur Bluff, TX)

The Bulldogs now own a 2-23 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sulphur Bluff for a 1A Region III District 22 test on Tuesday, October 14. Union Hill will face a Bears squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Avery (Avery, TX). The Bears record now stands at 14-10.
