Mountain View Wildcats (Stafford, VA) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Riverbend Bears (Fredericksburg, VA), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Mountain View improves its record to 15-4 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Patriot (Nokesville, VA) to face the Pioneers in a non-league test on Monday, October 13. The Pioneers go into the test with a record of 16-3.
The Bears now own a 2-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Stafford for a Commonwealth challenge on Tuesday, October 14. Riverbend will meet a Wolverines team coming off a 3-1 league win over Mountain View (Stafford, VA). The Wolverines record now stands at 10-5.
