Rio Linda Knights (Rio Linda, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the host Natomas Nighthawks (Sacramento, CA), 3-2 in a league challenge.

The Knights (3-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Foothill (Sacramento, CA). The Mustangs come into the non-league challenge with a 8-11 record. In their last challenge, Foothill was nudged by West Campus (Sacramento, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Nighthawks face the El Camino Eagles (Sacramento, CA) in a Golden Empire League test, on Tuesday, October 14. Natomas will attempt to better on its 1-17 season record. The Eagles come into the outing with a 6-9 record after their 3-2 league loss to Casa Roble (Orangevale, CA).
