California High School Volleyball - Placer bounced by Nevada Union

The Placer Hillmen volleyball squad (Auburn, CA), dropped 3-0 in Thursday's league battle with the host Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA)

With the win, Nevada Union improves its record to 15-14 on the season. The Miners travel to Whitney (Rocklin, CA) to encounter the Wildcats in a non-league battle on Saturday, October 11. The Wildcats go into the battle with a record of 6-13. Whitney won 3-2 in their recent league battle against Davis Sr. (Davis, CA)

Next, the Hillmen meet the Twelve Bridges Raging Rhinos (Lincoln, CA) in a Foothill Valley League contest, on Thursday, October 16. Placer will attempt to move on its 7-13 season record.
