The Paul VI Panthers topped the host Our Lady of Good Counsel Falcons volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's league game.
Next up, the Panthers face the Sidwell Friends Quakers (Washington, DC) in a non-league outing, on Friday, October 10. Paul VI will attempt to upgrade on its 17-3 season record. The Quakers come into the outing with a 3-7 record after their 3-2 non-league win over St. Stephen's & St. Agnes (Alexandria, VA).
With the loss, Our Lady of Good Counsel drops to 3-9 on the campaign. The Falcons host The Academy of the Holy Cross (Kensington, MD) to play the Tartans in a Washington Catholic outing on Wednesday, October 15. The Tartans go into the game with a record of 22-0. The Academy of the Holy Cross won 2-1 in their recent non-league game against Flint Hill (Oakton, VA)
