The Palatine Pirates topped the host Wheeling Wildcats volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Thursday's league game.

Next up, the Pirates face the Conant Cougars (Hoffman Estates, IL) in a Mid-Suburban game, on Tuesday, October 14. Palatine will attempt to advance on its 21-4 season record. The Cougars go into the game with a 6-19 record after their 2-0 league loss to Schaumburg (Schaumburg, IL).

With the loss, Wheeling drops to 16-10 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Prospect (Mt. Prospect, IL) to play the Knights in a Mid-Suburban outing on Tuesday, October 14. The Knights come into the outing with a record of 13-11.
