Louisiana High School Volleyball - Salmen can't hold off Pine

In Thursday's non-league match, the Pine Raiders (Franklinton, LA) volleyball squad tipped the host Salmen Spartans (Slidell, LA), by a count of 3-2.
Next up, the Raiders battle the Sarah T. Reed Olympians (New Orleans, LA) in a non-league match, on Monday, October 20. Pine will attempt to move on its 7-12 season record.
The Spartans (5-10) will now prepare for their bout against Pearl River (Pearl River, LA). The Rebels come into the Division II District 6 bout with a 6-12 record. In their last bout, Pearl River was nudged by Christ Episcopal School (Covington, LA), 3-0, in a non-league bout.
