The Shrine Catholic Knights volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Richard Pioneers to 1 in the Knights non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Knights now have a 7-13 record. They play next when they host Gabriel Richard for a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 14. Shrine Catholic will play a Fighting Irish team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Notre Dame Prep (Pontiac, MI). The Fighting Irish record now stands at 13-6.

The Pioneers (14-5) will now prepare for their game against Carlson (Gibraltar, MI). The Marauders go into the non-league game with a 7-3 record. In their last game, Carlson gained a win over Lincoln Park (Lincoln Park, MI), 3-0, in a league game.
