In Thursday's league bout, the Windsor Dukes (Windsor, VA) volleyball team knocked off the visiting Surry County Cougars (Dendron, VA), by a margin of 3-0.

The Dukes now possess a 11-4 record. They play next when they host Brunswick for a Tri-Rivers bout on Tuesday, October 14. Windsor will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Greensville County (Emporia, VA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-10.
