In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Tumwater Thunderbirds soccer squad scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Ridgefield Spudders.
The Thunderbirds (15-0) will now prepare for their battle against Columbia River (Vancouver, WA). The Rapids come into the non-league battle with a 7-1 record. In their last battle, Columbia River nudged Hudson's Bay (Vancouver, WA), 7-0, in a league battle.
