Clayton Yellowjackets (Clayton, NM) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Pecos Panthers (Pecos, NM), 3-0 in a league match.
Next up, the Yellowjackets clash with the Texico Wolverines (Texico, NM) in a 2A District 6 match, on Thursday, November 3. Clayton will attempt to advance on its 8-11 season record. The Wolverines come into the match with a 15-7 record after their 3-0 league win over Santa Rosa (Santa Rosa, NM).
With the loss, Pecos drops to 4-19 on the campaign.
