The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Academy of Our Lady Penguins (Marrero, LA) and the host South Terrebonne Gators (Bourg, LA), saw Academy of Our Lady's volleyball squad beat South Terrebonne by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Academy of Our Lady upgrades its record to 26-9 on the year. The Penguins travel to West Ouachita (West Monroe, LA) to play the Chiefs in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 4. The Chiefs go into the bout with a record of 26-9. West Ouachita won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Carver Collegiate Academy (New Orleans, LA)
The Gators now own a 7-16 record.
