Maryland High School Football - Patuxent winner over Calvert

November 1, 2024: Prince Frederick, MD 20678

The Patuxent Panthers (Lusby, MD) football knocked off the host Calvert Cavaliers (Prince Frederick, MD), 35-14 in Friday's league outing.

The Panthers now sport a 9-0 record. They take the field next when they host McDonough for a Southern Maryland outing on Friday, November 8. Patuxent will clash with a Rams team coming off a 38-35 league loss to La Plata (La Plata, MD). The Rams record now stands at 2-7.

The Cavaliers (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Friendly (Fort Washington, MD). The Patriots go into the non-league challenge with a 5-4 record. In their last challenge, Friendly lost by KIPP DC Legacy College Prep (Washington, DC), 16-6, in a non-league challenge.
