North Carolina High School Football - McDowell sneaks past Enka

November 1, 2024: Enka, NC 28728

The McDowell Titans football squad scored 20 points and limited the host Enka Jets to 14 in the Titans league triumph on Friday.

The Titans now hold a 2-6 record.

With the defeat, Enka drops to 3-4 on the campaign. The Jets travel to North Buncombe (Weaverville, NC) to meet the Black Hawks in a Mountain Athletic 3A/4A test on Friday, November 8. The Black Hawks come into the test with a record of 2-5. North Buncombe lost 56-14 in their recent league test against Erwin (Asheville, NC)
