The Laverne Tigers walloped the visiting Garber Wolverines football team by a score of 50-0 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Tigers face the Pioneer-Pleasant Vale Mustangs (Waukomis, OK) in a B-I District 1 (8 Man) challenge, on Friday, November 8. Laverne will attempt to improve on its 8-1 season record. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a 2-7 record after their 46-16 league loss to Turpin (Turpin, OK).
The Wolverines (6-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Oklahoma Bible (Enid, OK). The Trojans go into the B-I District 1 (8 Man) challenge with a 1-8 record. In their last challenge, Oklahoma Bible was ripped by Pond Creek-Hunter (Pond Creek, OK), 28-8, in a league challenge.
