West Virginia High School Football - Wahama trounces Gilmer County

November 1, 2024: Mason, WV 25260

In Friday's league match, the host Wahama White Falcons football squad scored a decisive 63-0 triumph over the Gilmer County Titans.

The White Falcons (10-0) will now prepare for their match against Greenbrier West (Charmco, WV). The Cavaliers come into the non-league match with a 5-5 record. In their last match, Greenbrier West was routed by Midland Trail (Hico, WV), 49-8, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Titans confront the South Harrison Hawks (Lost Creek, WV) in a Little Kanawha match, on Friday, November 8. Gilmer County will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Hawks come into the match with a 7-2 record after their 48-6 league win over Ravenswood (Ravenswood, WV).
