Georgia High School Football - Southwest tops Jefferson County

The Southwest Patriots football squad scored 26 points and limited the visiting Jefferson County Warriors to 7 in the Patriots league triumph on Friday.

The Patriots now hold a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they host East Laurens for a A D1 Region 2 test on Friday, November 8. Southwest will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 32-7 league loss to Northeast (Macon, GA). The Falcons record now stands at 3-6.

With the defeat, Jefferson County drops to 0-8 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Bleckley County (Cochran, GA) to meet the Royals in a A D1 Region 2 test on Tuesday, November 5. The Royals come into the test with a record of 3-6. Bleckley County won 56-0 in their recent league test against Central (Macon, GA)
