In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host St. Joseph's Academy Redstickers volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the E.D. White Cardinals.
The Redstickers (21-12) will now prepare for their challenge against East Ascension (Gonzales, LA). The Spartans enter the non-league challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, East Ascension lost by St. Amant (St. Amant, LA), 3-1, in a league challenge.
Next, the Cardinals play the Istrouma Indians (Baton Rouge, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, November 4. E.D. White will attempt to upgrade on its 28-10 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 20-10 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Central Private (Baker, LA).
