Hartselle Tigers (Hartselle, AL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Austin Black Bears (Decatur, AL), 60-55 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Hartselle upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Tigers travel to Buckhorn (New Market, AL) to play the Bucks in a non-league bout on Friday, November 11. The Bucks go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Buckhorn won 75-23 in their recent non-league bout against East Limestone (Athens, AL)

Next up, the Black Bears play the Ramsay Rams (Birmingham, AL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 21. Austin will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
