In Thursday's non-league game, the Monomoy Sharks (Harwich, MA) football team smashed the visiting Cape Cod RVT Crusaders (Harwich, MA), by a score of 39-6.
The Sharks (6-4) will now prepare for their game against St. John Paul II (Hyannis, MA). The Lions come into the Freelance game with a 3-6 record. In their last game, St. John Paul II was ripped by Atlantis (Fall River, MA), 20-14, in a non-league game.
The Crusaders now sport a 2-9 record. They take the field next when they host Upper Cape Cod RVT for a Mayflower - Vocational Small game on Thursday, November 24. Cape Cod RVT will meet a Rams team coming off a 20-18 non-league loss to South Shore Vo-Tech (Hanover, MA). The Rams record now stands at 3-7.
