Alabama High School Basketball - Calera can't hold off Helena

The Helena Huskies basketball team scored 38 points and restricted the visiting Calera Eagles to 33 in the Huskies non-league victory on Thursday.

The Huskies now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Spain Park for a non-league contest on Friday, November 18.

The Eagles (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Chelsea (Chelsea, AL). The Hornets come into the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Chelsea edged Fairview (Cullman, AL), 51-38, in a non-league contest.
