With the victory, Metro Academy improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Mavericks travel to Wichita Defenders HomeSchool (Wichita, KS) to confront the Defenders in a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 11. The Defenders come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Eagles confront the St. Mary's Academy Crusaders (St. Marys, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 2. Lincoln HomeSchool will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
