Mammoth Spring Bears (Mammoth Spring, AR) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Maynard Tigers (Maynard, AR), 67-38 in a league bout.

With the victory, Mammoth Spring upgrades its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Nettleton (Jonesboro, AR) to play the Raiders in a non-league bout on Monday, November 13. The Raiders come into the bout with a record of 1-0. Nettleton won 74-59 in their recent non-league bout against Bergman (Bergman, AR)

Next up, the Tigers play the Walnut Ridge Bobcats (Walnut Ridge, AR) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 13. Maynard will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record.
