Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the South Pike Eagles (Magnolia, MS) and the host Wilkinson County Wildcats (Woodville, MS), saw South Pike's basketball squad wallop Wilkinson County by a count of 62-23.

The Eagles now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Warren Central for a non-league battle on Saturday, November 11. South Pike will confront a Vikings team coming off a 64-15 non-league loss to Germantown (Madison, MS). The Vikings record now stands at 0-2.

The Wildcats (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against Lanier (Jackson, MS). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Lanier trounced Vicksburg (Vicksburg, MS), 55-54, in a non-league battle.
