In Monday's non-league match, the visiting Riverside Rebels basketball squad scored a tight 50-44 victory over the Manila Lions.
The Rebels (5-0) will now prepare for their contest against Brookland (Brookland, AR). The Bearcats go into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record.
In their next game, the Lions battle the Blytheville Chickasaws (Blytheville, AR) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, November 13. Manila will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record.
