The St. John's Cadets (Washington, DC) football nudged the host Our Lady of Good Counsel Falcons (Olney, MD), 14-10 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Cadets face the DeMatha Stags (Hyattsville, MD) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, November 19. St. John's will attempt to move on its 7-4 season record. The Stags enter the bout with a 10-1 record after their 28-7 non-league win over Gonzaga (Washington, DC).
