Haywood Christian Academy Red Wolves (Waynesville, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Pinnacle Classical Academy Eagles (Shelby, NC), 40-20 in a league bout.

With the win, Haywood Christian Academy upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Red Wolves travel to Temple Baptist (Asheville, NC) to play the Eagles in a bout on Monday, November 21. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Eagles play the Lake Lure Classical Academy Raptors (Lake Lure, NC) in a bout, on Tuesday, November 15. Pinnacle Classical Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Raptors go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 38-4 league loss to Veritas Christian Academy (Arden, NC).
