McComb Tigers (McComb, MS) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Amite County Trojans (Liberty, MS), 59-26 in a non-league bout.

With the win, McComb upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Tigers travel to Jim Hill (Jackson, MS) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 14. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Jim Hill lost 57-0 in their recent non-league bout against Natchez (Natchez, MS)

Next up, the Trojans play the Brookhaven Panthers (Brookhaven, MS) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, November 16. Amite County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 0-4 record after their 47-32 non-league loss to South Pike (Magnolia, MS).
