Ryan Raiders (Denton, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Lovejoy Leopards (Lucas, TX), 56-54 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Ryan upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Raiders travel to Panther Creek (Frisco, TX) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 11. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 3-2. Panther Creek won 49-36 in their recent non-league bout against Guyer (Denton, TX)

Next up, the Leopards play the Heritage Coyotes (Frisco, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 14. Lovejoy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Coyotes go into the bout with a 5-2 record after their 57-48 non-league loss to Waxahachie (Waxahachie, TX).
