The Marco Island Academy Rays soccer squad scored 5 points and held the visiting Southwest Florida Christian King's to 2 in the Rays non-league victory on Monday.
The Rays now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to The Village School of Naples for a 2A D12 bout on Tuesday, November 12.
With the loss, Southwest Florida Christian moves to 1-1 on the campaign. The King's host Donahue Catholic (Ave Maria, FL) to meet the Shamrocks in a 2A D12 test on Thursday, November 14. The Shamrocks come into the test with a record of 2-0. Donahue Catholic won 5-1 in their recent non-league test against Neumann (Naples, FL)
