The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the New Hope Indians (New Hope, AL) and the visiting Asbury Rams (Albertville, AL), observed New Hope's basketball team edge Asbury by a score of 44-41.
The Indians (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against St. John Paul II (Huntsville, AL). The Falcons enter the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, St. John Paul II was nudged by Spain Park (Hoover, AL), 28-26, in a non-league battle.
The Rams now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Fyffe for a non-league challenge on Thursday, November 13.
