Oklahoma High School Basketball - Gracemont ripped by Verden

The Verden Tigers basketball team scored 49 points and held the visiting Gracemont Lions to 27 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Tigers now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fletcher for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 15. Verden will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 61-50 non-league win over Blair (Blair, OK). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-1.

The Lions (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Cement (Cement, OK). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Cement was routed by Ninnekah (Ninnekah, OK), 69-21, in a non-league contest.
