Santa Fe Indians (Santa Fe, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Angleton Wildcats (Angleton, TX), 36-32 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Santa Fe upgrades its record to 6-0 on the season. The Indians travel to Columbia (West Columbia, TX) to play the Roughnecks in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 12. The Roughnecks go into the bout with a record of 4-0. Columbia won 34-16 in their recent non-league bout against Needville (Needville, TX)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Needville Bluejays (Needville, TX) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, November 12. Angleton will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Bluejays go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 34-16 non-league loss to Columbia (West Columbia, TX).
