Texas High School Basketball - Palmview knocked off by Vela

In Tuesday's non-league test, the Vela Sabercats (Edinburg, TX) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Palmview Lobos (La Joya, TX), by a score of 64-46.

Next, the Sabercats encounter the Edison Golden Bears (San Antonio, TX) in a non-league test, on Thursday, November 14. Vela will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Golden Bears come into the test with a 1-7 record after their 60-13 non-league loss to La Vernia (La Vernia, TX).

The Lobos (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Miller (Corpus Christi, TX). The Buccaneers come into the non-league test with a 3-3 record. In their last test, Miller beat McAllen Memorial (McAllen, TX), 54-36, in a non-league test.
