In Monday's non-league match, the host Bruce Trojans basketball team scored a good 68-48 triumph over the Eupora Eagles.

In their next game, the Trojans meet the Lafayette Commodores (Oxford, MS) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, November 14. Bruce will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Commodores enter the match with a 2-1 record after their 65-55 non-league loss to Louisville (Louisville, MS).

With the defeat, Eupora moves to 1-1 on the year. The Eagles host Choctaw County (Ackerman, MS) to meet the Chargers in a non-league match on Tuesday, November 14.
