North Carolina High School Basketball - Excelsior Classical Academy overwhelmed by East Wake Academy

The Excelsior Classical Academy Flying Lions basketball team (Durham, NC), was routed 68-13 in Monday's non-league battle with the host East Wake Academy Eagles (Zebulon, NC)

The Eagles now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Neuse Charter for a non-league battle on Tuesday, November 14. East Wake Academy will battle a Cougars team coming off a 50-35 non-league loss to Riverside Christian Academy (Fayetteville, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 2-2.

The Flying Lions (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against NCSSM: Durham (Durham, NC). The Unicorns come into the non-league battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, NCSSM: Durham trounced Triangle Math & Science (Apex, NC), 44-33, in a non-league battle.
