Indiana High School Basketball - Randolph Southern holds off Union City

November 13, 2024: Union City, IN 47390

In Wednesday's non-league contest, the visiting Randolph Southern Rebels basketball team scored a close 36-30 triumph over the Union City Indians.

The Rebels (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Wes-Del (Gaston, IN). The Warriors go into the Freelance contest with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, Wes-Del was nudged by Madison-Grant (Fairmount, IN), 54-16, in a non-league battle.

The Indians now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Anderson Prep Academy for a non-league battle on Saturday, November 16. Union City will meet a Jets squad coming off a 49-47 league win over Muncie Burris (Muncie, IN). The Jets record now stands at 2-2.
