Louisiana High School Basketball - Phoenix crushes Jehovah-Jireh

The Phoenix Spartans (Braithwaite, LA) basketball crushed the host Jehovah-Jireh Warriors (Baton Rouge, LA), 54-20 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Spartans now possess a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Maurepas for a non-league bout on Friday, November 14. Phoenix will play a Wolves team coming off a 73-11 league win over False River (New Roads, LA). The Wolves record now stands at 5-0.
The Warriors (0-5) will now prepare for their test against Louisiana School for the Deaf (Baton Rouge, LA). The War Eagles come into the C District 7 test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Louisiana School for the Deaf was routed by Christ Episcopal School (Covington, LA), 51-25, in a non-league test.
