In Monday's non-league outing, the Rock Church Lions (Franklin, VA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Suffolk Christian Academy Knights (Suffolk, VA), by a margin of 32-3.

The Lions (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Mount Calvary Christian Academy (Hookerton, NC). The Warriors go into the bout with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Mount Calvary Christian Academy was crushed by Pamlico Christian Academy (Grantsboro, NC), 32-29, in a league bout.

Next up, the Knights play the Denbigh Baptist Christian Minutemen (Newport News, VA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 18. Suffolk Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
