Rouse Raiders (Leander, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Dripping Springs Tigers (Dripping Springs, TX), 60-45 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Rouse upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Bowie (Austin, TX) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Friday, November 17. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 3-0. Bowie won 47-42 in their recent non-league bout against Brentwood Christian (Austin, TX)

Next up, the Tigers play the LBJ Austin Jaguars (Austin, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, November 16. Dripping Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Jaguars come into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 70-34 non-league loss to Pflugerville Connally (Austin, TX).
