Haworth Lions (Haworth, OK) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Eagletown Eagles (Eagletown, OK), 77-43 in a league bout.

With the victory, Haworth upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Lions host Fort Towson (Fort Towson, OK) to play the Tigers in a McCurtain Six bout on Tuesday, November 28. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 1-3. Fort Towson lost 57-50 in their recent non-league bout against Bennington (Bennington, OK)

Next up, the Eagles play the Buffalo Valley Buffaloes (Talihina, OK) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 17. Eagletown will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Buffaloes come into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 73-57 non-league loss to Wister (Wister, OK).
