The Mammoth Spring Bears basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Hillcrest Screamin Eagles to 39 in the Bears league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bears now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Crowley's Ridge Academy for a 1A Region 3 contest on Thursday, November 16. Mammoth Spring will battle a Falcons team coming off a 63-57 non-league loss to Cross County (Cherry Valley, AR). The Falcons record now stands at 3-3.

The Screamin Eagles (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against Highland (Hardy, AR). The Rebels enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Highland triumphed over Sloan-Hendrix (Imboden, AR), 61-56, in a non-league contest.
